Lyrics:
V 1

Walking around like you're being one, keep on the right side
(and) Maybe one more crime could crash the Regime.
We give it (our) all, but we leave it all to sleep,
But we can't find any reason, it's all a dream.

CH 1

In Our Society, you can feel it all,
But this time you won't remember anything at all.

V 2

Living it up in a foreign town with people you don't know,
If you could only see what the reason is,
You try it all, and the river's oh so deep,
Can you only see what we see - this is no dream - yeah.

CH 2

In Our Society, we can go so far,
But there's something we remember - close a door.
In Our Society,
Surely now it's time to open up and face the world.

(not so great) SOLO

CH 3

In Our Society, you can feel it all
But this time you won't remember anything at all,
In Our Society
Now it's time to open up and face the world.

No Chords &mdash 12/15/07 - 09:32:49 AM
Thanks Ibstrat.

This is one of "Flatch's" poorest (guitar) solo's actually.

It's quite a simple composition - similar bass line all the way through. There is no real chord structure.

I'll get the lyrics posted shortly.

Reminds me of Mike and the Mechanics! I like this Steck. This song is Maaad Cooool!! And that's one of the tastiest, "poorest", guitar solos I've endured in awhile. Good work here.

Was never a huge fan of Mike & his Mechanics but dig where you're comin' from.

I'm hoping to touch base with Mr P. Gabriel before the year end so will keep you posted.

Am digging yer stuff dude.....

You've got good pipes there, friend! I actually like the solo a lot too. It suits the song perfectly.

Da Solo &mdash 12/22/07 - 04:30:02 PM
"Flatch" normally goes kinda crazy (playing wise) when it comes to doing Solo's and does this this rather well - in my view.

"Flatch" aka David Fletcher and Alan Brady thus far, remain the best guitarists that I have ever worked with to date.

Back to the Solo....

The first section is different from the *Flatch* norm, but the second, not.
