Here's a poem I wrote that I put to music today. I just used the pinhole of my macbook, haven't had lots of time to mix it down, so sound quality is what it is.

The sky has no answers

But the only clues are fragments

Pieces of feeling

Shards of you

The winds carry voices

Whispers from the distance

Percussive accompaniment

thank you! The recording process was as rough as they come. I did the whole thing in about an hour from start to finish (minus writing the poem, which i wrote about a year ago) in my dorm room with no soundproofing and lots of city noise, noisy neighbors, thin walls, etc. Using the macbook mic was new experience for me also. Not excuses, just simply acknowledging that the production is extremely lacking.
