Description:
This is a song about letting her know you care for her and want her. I wrote it because over the years I've learned that in order for her to know you love her, you've got to show her your passion.

Verse 1
Well you've been waitin' your whole life through
To discover a lover who is right for you
But as long as you keep a holdin' back
Your never gonna find the one you lack
Chorus
You've got to reach out and touch her
If you want her to know how you feel
You've got to take her in your arms and hold her
And let her know that your love is real
She needs a lover that she can feel
Verse 2
You go through life with your blinders on
Tryin' to find the one who can turn you on
Well you won't find her if you try to hide
You can't keep your feelin' hidden deep inside
Chorus
You've got to reach out and touch her
If you want her to know how you feel
You've got to take her in your arms and hold her
And let her know that your love is real
She needs a lover that she can feel
----- and fade out on last line

Thanks Dick, I can always count on you to say what you mean without mincing words, and I like that. I'm glad you enjoyed this song, and let me know.
I can't wait to hear your opera when you get it completed. Drop me a line when it's posted so I can have a listen. What I've heard so far sound great.

NorthPoint
Great tune sloparts - very tight production, and that guitar sounds tasty.

Really happy to meet you NorthPoint. Glad you stopped in for a visit, found something you liked, and were kind enough to let me know.
I use to live in the Portland area up until about 2-1/2 years ago. At different times I lived in Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and finally Tillamook before I moved back here to the mid south. Sometimes wish I was back in Gods country along the coast, but such is life.
Be well my friend and thanks again for the kind words. Merry Christmas to you and yours and I hope you all have a wonderful New Year.

Glad you like the remix of this one. The original sounded a bit thin after I got over the first blush of posting it and really listened to it. Thats why I decided to revisit it and see if I couldn't thicken it up a little.
Thanks again for dropping in to have a listen and for you kind words, they are appreciated. Merry Christmas to you Vic and I hope you have a wonderful New Year as well.
