I m gonna analyise and questioning your main goal
with the way you write this song .cos you someway
tryin to give the east world sound with it specialy
as the percussions give the sound .the singing is
remarkable .but I think its more old world music
taste and flavour into rock .than east flavour any its

...the first ("open") was more "immediate" for me, though. Seemed to have more emotional content. Simpler and more direct.
Not just saying I like both. But you asked. This seems a bit more polished and I thought the music matched the raw nature of the lyrics more in the first version.
