Nice gradual build up with the layers.

You were successful at creating the imagery of cyclists, making their way through traffic at an upbeat pace, dodging all of the obstacles that may lie in front of them.

Only criticism I have is that it abruptly ended. Perhaps a fade out would have been more effective.

Well,
But a suicide cyclist may call for a sudden death?! Fade it if you like, but a more "enhanced" abrupt ending with a bit of a crash sound could work equally well.
