Description:
Re-recording of an earlier song using better instruments from Logic 8. I couldnt resist using space designer on the vocals but I probably overdid the reverb. Still I kind of like the heavy reverbs on a song like this. I am considering adding kind of a Cure-like guitar harmony on the chorus as well.

Lyrics:
Yesterday Came, without a big sound
It hurried through the morning to the afternoon crowd
So I looked without looking at the sun in your eye
Never understood, I never wondered why

So then, its disconcerting
and now, Im returning
Today, tomorrow, now and forever

tomorrow may rain, its the enws that i had
said the afternoon clouds would cover my head
so I waded through the morning, coffee in hand
was never very good at this
wonder why i try

So now, its disconcerting,
and now, Im returning

Today, tomorrow, now and forever

So then, I saw something
and now, I come back for you

Today tomorrow, yesterday's sorow

Yesterday came
without a big sound
thought I saw you in the morning in the afternoon crowd
so maybe next year, maybe next time around
catch up on my reading, be a different clown

So then its disconcerting,
And now Im returning

[repeat refrain and chorus]

gotta like logic 8 &mdash 01/01/08 - 12:02:38 PM
sure is a fun program to play with.
a good pop tune, really nice.

I don't mind the reverb. but i would suggest eq'ing the vocal a little brighter to compensate.
