P.S. I think this will be my last posting here on MacJams. I am simply not getting the input I need and so I must move on. Many thanks to all of you who have helped me in the past with great suggestions re: my music and a huge thank to all of those who have helped me get through some difficult times last year. You all know who you are and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your support from all over the world. Take care!

Fav'd and dl'd by one who "usually" would not go and buy anything "Dance-Club", but this is cool, uplifting and kind of fun in a serious kind of way. A little more than just a quickie I'd say..!

I've often thought about moving on as i sometimes feel i have outgrown my Macjams fanboyism and i now have a lot of other things to take care of in life... but then i keep coming back to this site. I just realized that i have been posting songs here not to feel appreciated or admired but because i see this as a venue to express my music and be heard. This is not a venue for me to test my popularity as I don't really care of one or dozens of people leave a remark. Often times, there are lots of hits and downloads but few comments. I guess in the bigger picture of things, it should not matter. i derive great pleasure in letting the world know that I am proud of my music, and the critics and naysayers be damned. Musicians are always a unique bunch, because there is always novelty and beauty that a lot of other may find strange or unusual, and I do not feel that I have an obligation to explain my position to the rest of the world. Either they love it or not like it, and that does not make me less or more of the artist that I know I am. Everyone thought Picasso's paintings were ugly at first. So, take heart. Your satisfaction should grow roots from the seeds of emotions in your heart, not from the validation of people who often do not look beyond the superficial. There a re cliques here fro sure, but my intention is never to break into anybody's circle. If that were my prime objective, I may as well have joined Mensa.
By the way, I love your work...not that it matters ,,, but please stay for all the right reasons. [ Reply to This ]
