Description
OPENING THIS SONG UP FOR VOCAL CONTRIBUTIONS!

This is to be the title track from my new album "Catastrophic Love Potion Omega" I've written and recorded vocals but I am simple no singer. I can't quite decide how to finish it. Input would be great. Something to note is a bird song recording I literally arranged the entire song around.

wow this
really has cool rhythm going, some of the best beats i've heard here at MJ and like how you get that bird sound and how it fits into the music.
Like the boing, spring sound and the funkness of it. etc.

Way to go

Two years later I noticed I hadn't responded to your comment! Thank you so much. Recorded that silly bird right out my studio window!

Nice
concept and beats. Perhaps the ending should have some congas and set them to a fast paced rhythm and slowly let them faced away.

this rocketh!
Love the simple bubbling techno on this. I can't think of anything to improve it really. Maybe a few glitchy noises going on in the background to dirty it up a bit. Great.

To me this remains a raw track begging for something more, yeah maybe more bleepy blippy though it could use a vocal too.

I really like this
... it has a cool 80's vibe whilst remaining modern. The bird song is really working. Needs a little more depth in places but I think that would come with vocals and harmonies. I can hear a deep, languid British 80's new romantic vocal in there ....

Agreed
I like that vocal direction, Paddy- say, aren't you something of a Brit? =)

Brit?
Not a Brit! But I do a passable impression. I shall see if I have time to work out a vocal and lyrics for this gem

Dustin was wearing a Twizzlers t-shirt the night we met. I thought he looked interesting so I asked him to light my cigarette. We talked for all of 15 minutes before we crossed the subject of music, that we both did and would, and so it went. Ther... [see more]
