Description:
Upbeat song that just kinda came to me. I think the title fits. It has a semi-classical feeling, I don't really know if I'd call it techno though. Let me know what you think.

Coolness &mdash 01/20/08 - 08:16:22 PM
Yeah, this has a cool sound. Classical, danceable, hip-hoppish techno. I know it is technically consisdered techno, but I can't really pin a definite style on it. And for that reason, I think it's a great piece. Anything that makes me have to debate what category it goes in is good in my book!

Yea I really couldn't pinpoint a genre, I just decided it was upbeat enough for techno. I also am not sure anymore that the title fits. Thanks for the listen guys, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Loops &mdash 01/24/08 - 11:11:56 AM
Actually, these are loops that I've created. I'm kind of biased towards using the loops in there because I feel like I'm using other people's stuff. Sometimes I start with one of their loops and adjust it to what I want. I do have the remix Jam Pack and there's some sweet sounds and drumkits so I do recommend it. I also have voices and I wouldn't recommend that...it's not worth it. Thanks for the listen too, and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Wow! Catchy! &mdash 02/01/08 - 04:56:49 PM
I totally admire this peppy classical feel you've got going. And the drums work perfectly. I would recommend tweaking the timing on those strings so they flow perfectly with the drums; I sense incongruity (they seem to come in a thirty-second note late). I can hear this song being played in a big tragic plot twist in an RPG, like where the main character realizes his best friend is the arch-villain. This here is excellent.

Catchy &mdash 02/06/08 - 01:13:58 PM
Thanks, Zagar, for the compliments, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I do have trouble quantizing some strings to start in the correct place to get it to sound just right. I'll experiment with that and see if I can adjust them a little to be more aligned with the drums. Glad you enjoyed!
