Description:
First of all...I by no means was, trying to change this neat song. I liked it so much that I grabbed it from my desktop to try and learn how to make a loop. Thought the mandolin would be good for that. So of course I got to tinkering with it and never actually made a loop but, I sure made a mess of Richard's song. Anyhow Richard, thanks for letting me chop it up and have a little fun. Hope you aren't mad! I used a warm weather bunny but the ground's still hard. Thanks again.

Very rhythmic, interesting to see how the loops fit.I'll download this and might experiment further with the new sound youve created with it- cheers - RG [ Reply to This ]
Well at least &mdash 01/23/08 - 03:02:07 PM
You're not PO'd....i hope. I was really disappointed in the sound difference after
the upload. There are no loops other than your stringed instrument so if you decide to do something to it I can break it down however you like, or at least
send you the original mp3. Thanks again for letting me have a little fun. [ Reply to This ]

This has a cool sound! Flowing strings and acoustic, to celtic to rock Very creative use of loops to add to Richard's great composition. [ Reply to This ]
Roxy, thanks &mdash 01/23/08 - 03:41:09 PM
for giving this thing a listen and leaving your kind words. I did the string intro thing because its the only way I knew to introduce Richard's melodic flute line without doing another rude butt splice.
Thanks again Roxy

Sweet ... &mdash 01/26/08 - 02:57:46 AM
.. not heard the original .. this version is very catchy, in a Fat Boy Slim "Praise you" meets miami vice kinda way.
The synths works very well with the mandolin.
Just needs vocals- Richard is an excellent singer. [ Reply to This ]
