Its funny you should mention Talking Heads and Mr Richman...I have been to them a lot recently so I think this has been a big influence on this song
I like to think its almost as if Jonathan had joined 'Tusk' era Fleetwood Mac on this one!
Can you believe that Cat did all her vocal parts in under 40 mins?
Cheers

...another new song... great! This again is rather different to the other DFN songs. Great rhythm track and guitar - vocals are top-notch as ever. Like the lo-fi production approach you have on this collaboration - it all works rather well.

Yes...we are a bit like London Buses...you wait months and then two turn up at once hehe
Glad you enjoyed this one, we are always looking to tackle different styles in our own low fi way!
Cheers

This is my preferred one of the two though - like the beats, and the lyrics remind me of the movies. Never a big movie buff, but Lawrence of Arabia or Casablance come to mind (for obvious reasons).
Excellent rich sound Steve and Kat. That voice of yours is a serious weapon Steve.

Excellent groove. I think this is the type of song and sound that make people give their attention to the stage.
Great job.
