Description:
Revised version of the small section I posted earlier - I should add this was written for an assignment in a composition class - it's a song, using the text of a Yeats poem for Soprano and Piano. Unfortunately I don't know any sopranos, so I haven't been able to hear the full version as it was intended, but I think it's interesting enough just as a piano piece.

Enjoyable..... &mdash 01/24/08 - 12:18:12 PM
This is a really enjoyable piece of classical piano music.

I would love to hear it with the suprano.

Take care.

Paul

I enjoy pics &mdash 01/25/08 - 10:07:49 PM
especially nice music to go with it. it is almost like I would love to unfold that pic and find what this musical story is about. It seems like the photo really go together at least in my mind.

There is a nice purity in classical music when you have a picture in music and the music is good like this one. Love the waltz feel parts, Nice ending with the bass piano parts adding their enchantments.

Thanks for sharing

Nice phrasing and touch &mdash 05/08/08 - 10:21:39 PM
Find a soprano - it needs to be sung! Or perhaps you could ask Dirigent to do it in Counter-tenor!
