Description
I worked long on this one, referring back to my classical education. Trying to implement a classical orchestra in the background. This is meant to create goosebumps all over your body. If it doesn't, I failed...

Available on my CD "A Better World"

new wave orchestra
Enjoyable melody and the synths tickle my ears (not quite goosebumps, but close.) The drum track seemed a little too repetitive and "thin", feels like there should be some more bass/kick to it. I like the occasional sung "dee dee dee dee" you sprinkled in, more would have been even cooler. The orchestral parts sound nice, but again, it seemed to be missing some low-end power, just occasional cello or low-brass washes would add a lot of depth to this, I think. This felt like sparkling sunlight on the water, rather uplifting and ethereal. Nice artwork too!

Thanks
Thanks for your detailed feedback. After listening to a finished song over a hundred times, I often become "deaf", meaning that I only hear what I want to hear. This was one of my favorite tracks on this CD so I kept it as is.

Yes, Garageband has a lot of possibilities if you know how to push its limits. But I have to admit that I had to rework this over and over until I was finally satisfied.

Tasty
This is a beautiful track! I am a sucker for strings. I like the analog synth sound you have winding through it as well. It has a nice amount of filter and portamento to it.

The only thing I would do to this is add more dynamic range to the frequency (as Drakonis already touched on).
