Very nicely played
A very enjoyable piece. There's nothing bad I can say
about it, just a pleasure to listen to. :-)

Absolutely delightful...
I have only praise for this lively and rich guitar duet. I
love it. 8-9-8-9, you can take that to the bank. A half
world away! Where? I felt like I was there watching and
listening.

Wow!
You too have come a long way from that first 'Dinky-Dow'
piece! - - - Mitch plays a nice Rythm too, or is that You
playing that part ?

Wild - I like the call and responses, the the treble
flourishes near the end.

Very Nice!

Ho-down
I like this very much. It would be pure magic if you could
get a voice to put song lyrics on this one. I'm thinking a
voice like Alison Krause, Dido, or our own SFG or Leila.
Very fun tune to listen to. Thanks.

very pleasing
I always enjoy hearing acoustic guitar (& mandolin, etc.)
pieces on MacJams, and this one is very fine.

Tasteful playing, nice composition.

I would have liked to hear the main theme go faster and
faster at the end, to create more of an upbeat finish. But
it's a very well-conceived and performed track as is.

Good job!

Run, walk, run
As much as I enjoy the high-spirited strumming and
picking, I was so pleased to hear the soulful, introspective
change in tempo and color. As if I was suddenly
transported from a holler to a holy place. The guitar
playing is superb and the production value is way up
there. 9-8-9-9
MissChaos said 1886 days ago (September 22nd, 2004)
does it get any better?
Me thinks no. This is superb. Brilliant in fact. Such a
change of pace from a lot of stuff here. I think this is your
niche... Elegance, creativity, technical value, variation,
dynamics--and a whole heck of a lot of talent. Thank you
for sharing this little wonder.

That's Some...
Mighty fine pickin' you've got there. The strumming
and picking play well together.

Wonderful
Very Spaghetti Western... I love that rather gritty
flavor.... almost curious to know how it would sound
with the choir "ahhhs" and strings a la Ennio
Morricone, but then again, that would probably
detract from your own style which you definitely
display with this track!

Way to go!

By the way...
I think the duo of Chet Atkins and Mark Knopfler have a
little competition now from Mr. El Oval & Mr. Mitch
Gregory. :)

Unexpected...
...blend between Russian "lounge"/"bar"/"kabak" music
and American folk - you are speaking Russian with Uncle
Sam accent :) Very cute, and fun.

Fun Jangly Tune
I too, cannot say anything bad about the song. Well
played, good sound...

7-7-7-7

If this had been more groundbreaking or left o'centre,
marks would be higher!

Great job!

A cut above . . .
To use the title of an album that I own, this is definitely a
keeper as well as a real winner in my opinion. I even
understood the transliterated Russian! These is so much here
that to stand out is more than important but necessary to
feed an audience yearning to hear excellence and, out of this
coal mine, this is one "brilliant" (which is "diamond" in
Russian).

Wowzers! says Inspector Gadget.
