Lyrics
I've been down, for so long
Maybe I'll call him, in the morning
I've been down, for so long
Maybe I'll call him, in the morning
(A Raisin In The Sun)
Don't nothing happen for you in this world unless somebody gets paid off,
Walter leave me alone. Eat your eggs they're gonna get cold.
A man says to his woman 'I got me a dream' she says 'eat your eggs they're getting cold.' I tell you I got to change my life 'cuz I'm choking in it and all you say to me is eat these eggs.
Maybe I'll call him, in the morning
I've been down, for so long
Maybe I'll call him, in the morning
(A Raisin In The Sun)
Don't nothing happen for you in this world unless somebody gets paid off,
Walter leave me alone. Eat your eggs they're gonna get cold.

What an impressive and imaginative song! The driving guitar intro was killer right from the first note. Your voice sounds so good with it. I really wish it went on about 3 times as long before it kicked into the raisin part. Maybe even consider developing a similar outro? It was nice to hear the 'ooh oohs' return in the end.
You have such a great voice and such deep ideas. Your atypical structure is fresh to my ears.
Thanks.
