Description:
A little ditty the three of us came up with, starting with Mystified's piano improvisation, then stevel's vox, and lastly bibanova's instrumental touches and final production magic.
A 'Sonic Day-For-Night Magpie' fest, it's a combination of genres.

We were in Regent's Park on Sunday, it's one of my very favourite places. If you can see it from your window Steve you are very lucky.
What a beautiful song and collaboration. A very enjoyable listen. Thanks.

Unfortunately my windows do not actually look out on Regent's Park...a bit of poetic license was used there hehe!
Cheers for your comments...this was a really enjoyable collaboration with Cat and Bryn. It is the first one that all three of us have worked on together, outside of our usual stuff with Day For Night (Cat and myself) and Sonic Magpie (Cat and Bryn)

This is an unusual and excellent song.
Vocally it reminds me of Scott Walker. A good strong voice.
The accompanying instruments and playing were as good as the singing.
Excellent all around.
Take care.

I think stevel must have been Scott Walker in another life....or Neil Hannon maybe

hearing this. I am a sucker for slow laid back pieces. Then reading who is doing this. Nice!

The piano is great, and the judicious use of keyboards adds a nice otherwordly aspect. The vocal is terrific - a great, rich sound, and a wonderful performance. Touching and sweet. Nice work to all concerned. Peace.

it is.....steve's basso profundo voice (or deep tenor) is just magical in this context.....remarkable vibe...almost like some sort of modernesque opera piece....many bows to all!!!!!!

Outstanding production... really perfect in every way- the phrasing, the overall timing of the piece, the instrumentation and of course, Steve's voice. Simply one of the most relaxing songs I've ever heard!

Sombre? Depressing? That piano sounds very spatious, but the vocal almost bends it into negative energy.
Whatever you intended, it's a cool piece.
Thank you for listening and commenting Vic

To you both. Bravo. A really amazing piece here. Reminds me of Roger Waters. Deeply textured and dripping with passion. The pads at the 4 minute mark are mind blowing. Beautiful
