seems like a completely different song.. Glad you like it :D Funny you mention having an "upbeat meets menacing" song, because the very first song I made (just uploaded, should be approved soon), called "Blue Dolfin", is just that. Interesting piece Very happy hardcore meets industrial. I thought it was too repatitive. Try maybe throwing in some samples to mix things up a bit. I also thought the drums were overpowering in the mix and the bass a little too subsonic. Check out my latest song called Vickys Song

nice job with the percussion-love when it kicked in about
half way. definitely darker than the last version, wonder
how hard it would be to mix parts of the 2 songs
together for sort of an 'upbeat' meets 'sinister'
compilation? maybe mess around with left/right channels
for additional effect. cool stuff
