Description
This is a test sample recorded just after first power-up on my new analog synth unit, a slightly modified version of the "Rack-8" synth from synthesizers.com. The synth is being driven by a Moog Etherwave theremin. Audio out from the theremin is hard-sync'd to the synth's single oscillator, through the instrument interface. The envelope from the theremin drives the sample and hold module. The results aren't particularly musical.
