Description:
This is a song I recently recorded and just can't seem to fit vocals to. I'll still see what I can do. If anyone has ideas let me know. This is my first track after not recording for over a year so all in all it came out pretty good.
That photo is taken from my back deck of a huge fire from last summer.

excellent! production and playing is first class. If I had a hard rock voice I'd do the vocal for you... but I don't. Hope you get one because it would set this off great.

for quite a while before finally posting cause I thought I could nail the vocals, but it turns out my tone just wont work. I have one person in mind who might help out. I'll repost if I can get the vox on.

Absolutely great sound, all instruments are very good sounding and well played. Good pump in the bass. When thinking of suitable tunes it turns to Soundgarden-like ones to me. Also, that is one of a back deck!! [ Reply to This ]

this is one awesome track! i love the change up after the intro and the break at 2:25. really great guitar playing here. I can totally hear a cornell-esque vocal melody over this too. If you still need someone to help out with the vocals let me know. [ Reply to This ]

I'll definitely work towards a completed piece on this one. With all the work you're up to you probably wouldn't have enough time for extra vox. I'll keep you posted.

Love the pace and speed of it. Great playing. Would have liked the bass up a little bit in the mix but it might have colided too much with the great guitar stuff. I downloaded it and will have a go at writing some lyrics and will get back to you if I get anything down. cheers [ Reply to This ]

Alright. Very tight. Driving, hints of Tool, I think. The drums are really amazing, well done, I am jealous of your drum prog skills! Definitely a Cornell vocal on this, man if I could only sing like him....my life would be complete. complet-er.

The drums are Drums on Demand so I can't take all the credit. I do however cut them up quite a bit and make them what I want. The vocals will come together someday (thats what I tell myself) maybe a collab will come through.
You should've seen the view from the deck the next day, all that smoke rolled in and you could'nt even see those mountains. But I live in one of the windiest town in the states and it cleared out in a few days. Crazy

Absolutely great sound. Dark and cool. It's just asking for vocals. Do you also need words or just someone to sing it?
This is very, very good track. Do it with some modern sounding vox, a little deeper you know? Not Axel Rose-ish. More like Scott Weiland (STP).......get him, he's cheap!

Yeah Allen is one hell of a vocalist. I've got a guy I used to jam with in Nebraska writing some vocals for this as we speak. Hopefully I can repost soon. I'll let ya know.
