Description
So, I've been experimenting with writing a countryish western type song and was pleased with the core outcome that I had managed to glue together from scratch and decided to take the song into the realm of experimentation.
Well needless to say when I showed it to my friend he was positive about the first half of the song, commenting how everyone goes through their obligatory alt-country phase and wasn't at all shocked that i had finally come down to this, but his optimism quickly went from encouragement to absolute horror after rounding the first minute the experimentation part which is the last part of this unfinished song kicked in with absolute furry and did a proverbial side kick to his face
So please I ask for your opinions and advice, engross me in your final verdict and tell me whether I'm making a complete ass of myself with the brave new direction I have taken it.

that was unexpected!
I mean the change close to the end.
I like it, i like it a lot :)
The ending is too sudden and fast, but you probably know it already. After that second part I would maybe return back to the genre with which you started, country - western, to make a nice little circle.
It is literally asking for lyrics and vocals (that country part). That funny cosmic one (sorry, don't know how to call it) I would leave just how it is, no vocals, as a very unusual interesting intermezzo. The lyrics I would wrote based on that feeling the intermezzo is evoking in us listeners.
A country song about space and universe, Star Treck or Star dust? Wow :)
Great! I can't wait to hear it with lyrics.
Good luck!
