you post a new song I marvel at the way you re-invent yourself. ...is your guitar playing on top of this Saturday night confection...
...but, listening over headphones, there is a great groove and a great, full and spacious sound in the bass and drums, particularly the bass. It's almost a 'spacious bass'... Everything sits on top that....
I think your drums are less busy than they used to be, with more pauses and more space, while retaining that funk fusion feel. I like that.
The slow panning at some points is tasteful and aids the sense of space...

Way to go Tadashi. This just cooks man with all the interplay between the drums, bass and that funky guitar. All it needs now are some really great lyrics, maybe a few equally great horn parts and it's a done deal man. A bona-fide A number 1 hit song on you hands.

I could listen to your rhythm section on this for hours, and the guitars are a real bonus. Bass and drums absolutely perfect - you clearly have a rhythm section part of your brain which works overtime.
