I like some of the touches you've added...but not the vocal effects. What I assume are two identical vocal tracks, hard panned and slightly off-set on the timeline, are distracting to the song. Undo that, and I think your additions add something. I kinda prefer the synth-sharpness of her original take, but I think your stands on it's own, also.

I like the vocal effects. It really makes the song 3 dimensional. I love the whole concept of the song. The production quality, I feel, is very good

I like the guitar, the upgrade. But I am such a fan of
Daphna's pop tunes, and her straightforward no nonsense
style, the vocal effects perhaps took a little away from
that, even tho some effects were needed as an upgrade. I
just wish she sang with more enthusiasm, like maybe she
needed a Mister RIght Now too, creating a kind of ironic
layer. Still, this is a worthy song to work on and this track
is a fun improvement. Her lyrics are so great and pop
melodic content so solid.

For your comments. I had a lot of fun on this and really
tried to just keep the core of the original. I personally like
what happened w/ the vocals, although initially this also
had the whole of the original mix on top of it, which
brought the main part of the vocals dead center and this
was there to add a bit of a layer behind it to flesh it out. I
ended dropping the original mix out in favor of the "sub-
mixes" I'd brought back in from her GB file.

Of course one of the reasons I wanted to work on some of
Daphna's stuff, is I really love the sort of ironically
detached style of delivery she has in these. Thanks for
taking the time to look it up, since the bomber got to it
fast enough to keep it getting much front page time.
