You have the perfect voice ... ... for this genre .... I liked this ..... was just happy that I could actually understand all the words ... sometimes I find that rap comes out so fast that I can't pick out all the lyrics ... so this one impressed me ... I liked the slower tempo which made the message burn home in a way that depicted more hurt than anger ... bravo! Nice delivery! Wow! Like many of my generation, I can't usually appreciate hip-hop, but this is intense! The lyrical power, the story, the emotion in the performance and just the plain fact for once its not about blowing some one away "cus ya don't gimme no respec!". to write a rap from the viewpoint of the "picked upon" is brilliant. this is very very good,(altho I am not a hip hop expert) i see great depth of understanding of the human spirit, and a great gift of communication.
technically, this is the best sounding thing you have done. The new gear is really sounding sparkly and clear...and the eq on your voice is really "right".
