Description:
This song is based on a very simple riff I came up with a few years back. I never really decided what to do with it, so I began to play around the idea of making it the center of a dreamy electronic tune.
Thanks for listening.

Lyrics:
Remember leaves.
Remember snow.
We climbed up trees,
Where did time go?

A quarter life,
to learn and grow.
The change of light,
that makes us glow.

Wait on me.
Don't change on me.

Change, don't change, don't change on me.

Really like the vocals, love a bit of flanger me! I think the mix needs a bit of sorting, I would mix the drums back further, perhaps bathed in a bit of reverb and less complicated. Love the bass guitar. Keep at it, hope you don't mind the comments. Cheers

Much appreciated. This is the 1st song I post. (and yours is my first comment!)
I'm fairly new at the whole GB thing, I really need to work on my mixing skills.

Yo brother, this song is badass! I agree with markoo, i would mix the drums back a little more, but otherwise, its a great sounding song. keep up the good work.

You guys are right. &mdash 03/07/08 - 10:39:13 AM
I intended for the drums to be almost the primary track on this, but the mix was probably a little misleading on my headphones. I'll probably turn it down a little bit.

This type of song is a first to me, but I definately had fun creating this sound.
thanks for the kind comments!
