Description:
Yes.....sometimes is sad ‘cause his volcanic son is growing up (15) and challenges him; he doesn’t like at all fighting against his blood but thinks he can’t escape his duty so..........when it happens daddy is sad.
I sing both in italian and english, as I did while composing the song at its first stage.
The tune is exclusively arranged with acoustic guitar, that’s why I thought to do a good thing posting the chords too (bpm 105)

What a well-written song... and being a dad who has a suffered some heavy "get away" action from his son too, this hits me close to home.

Love the melody, guitar work and singing... the song sounds a little like something Supertramp would write (definitely a compliment!) I think the guitar is a little too loud, almost clipping... I would back it down a little.

From one dad to another, I wish you strength... be a good role model for him, he will love you for that, eventually he will be glad you were strong and guiding. I tell myself that every day as I wait for my son to find himself and begin to understand, perhaps even thank me someday as I did with my dad :-) And keep writing this great music, it is so nice of you to share it!

What a beautiful song. Nicely sung and the subject matter had me thinking about my own role as a father. When you get your listener pondering their own life I think you've done something special.

This has a very full sounding mix. I like the way things sound. Harmonies are very well done. I don't speak a word of Italian (except "ciao") but, it doesn't matter. This was a very pleasant listen.

The only nits I have are, I can't stand the harshness of a plugged in, under the bridge pickup acoustic guitar. Just a personal preference, however, consider using a microphone to capture your guitar next time.

Also, there was a very pronounced "hiss" throughout the piece. In this day and age of digital, this shouldn't happen. It does though. A number of factors could be the cause. I suspect the plugged in acoustic's levels being too hot.

Please don't let my critique take to mean anything mean. I really liked the song. Just a few suggestions for improvement. So, ciao! :)

This has always been one of my favorite songs of yours. The Italian brings a touch of personal intimacy to the subject of this song. Very heartfelt and beautifully crafted.

I know all about teenagers its so hard when they try to rebel against whats in there best interest I have been there too.
It is every parents nightmare when the kids start to became neither adult or children amymore. But they think they know best.

This a well composed song with a heart in it.

It makes me wonder what will happen when my son is 15 years old. He is 12 today. Every age have it's challenges, our childrens and our own.

We don't get older but our children do :-) Just trying to survive...

A song that makes you think about your own family ... thats good.
