Description
I’ve been married a long time, now, and we’ve been through many stages along the way (we’re currently in the newly-empty-nested stage). Staying married has required some serious growth (mostly on my part - I had a long way to come). Staying married has also brought a huge bonus: my life with Marion has opened important doors in me, and I have become more and more able to see the love in what she does with her days. And when that love is directed at me, well, it moves my mountains. One particular time when that happened in the form of some small, thoughtful gesture, I went out into my studio and wrote this in an attempt to express how it made me feel. I hope I captured at least some of it, knowing I didn’t get it all…

This is just a gorgeous love song and I really enjoyed it. I know your wife must be so proud and honored that you wrote this for her. I have been married almost 28 years and this touched my heart. If ony my husband could play an instrument! :) I appreciate that you took the time to share your feelings with all of us. Here's wishing you more happiness in the years to come. Great job!
