This is INCREDIBLE! You are such a master at everything you do with your music. I'm always in awe of your guitar picking, and then you additionally have this whole amazing skill with orchestration. This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

I can only second what Karen has said. There's just no holding you back with these orchestrations which accompany your guitar playing. Again you've come up with a wonderful piece of music. I'm just stuck for words, 'wonderful' comes to mind though, regards M

Thanks Scott &mdash 03/13/08 - 02:56:07 PM
I went to itunes store and spotted
"Yes" which Steve was a member i think. The title was Turn of The Century but it had "Rehearsal" after the title.

That may not of been the one you hear.
But thanks for the heads up Scott !

They could almost play one note on the guitar and that singer could transform the note into rock theatre :)
Nice

At first &mdash 03/13/08 - 09:56:42 PM
I wasn't really sure I liked the level of reverb, but as I listened, I realized the picture that was developing, I find it adds to the sense of disconnect that must play out in a case of the supreme happiness of marriage combined with the dread of seeing your new husband going off to war. Your guitar playing is wonderful. I especially liked that extended descending scale near the end. The orchestration really does add depth to the piece. Wonderful.

Bill- your guitar playing always amazes me but now you're going and getting all high tech! And doing a darn fine job of it, too. Very tasteful orchestration doesn't detract from you skillful picking rather enhances it.

Another fine job!

I don't usually... &mdash 03/19/08 - 07:25:57 AM
...compare to other artists...but I've got to say that, with this one, I hear John Renbourn a bit...such a nice composition...very, very well played, of course...really enjoyed this...

excellent &mdash 05/23/08 - 12:15:51 PM
as usual, lovely clean and crisp style, reminds me in places of a piece from the seventies by the Dutch group -Focus which was calles - Elspeth of Nottingham, more for the feel than anything else.

Beautifully played Bill,

John
