Great lyrics and singing! Very strong and delightful melody... Nothing for me to nit pick about. Tremendous voice and nice harmonies! A terrific first post (would be a terrific post anytime really). I've downloaded this and look forward to hearing more from you.

I loved the guitar lead in. Sweetly done. Who is the vocalist? She has such a mellow, well rounded voice. It was a pleasure to listen to!

Thanks for your nice comments about my vocals on Summer Fly. I must give credit, though, to Cheryl Wheeler for the lyrics and melody. I found it quite by accident and worked on it. Cheryl is a wonderful songwriter!

Nice groove and fine use of just a few simple elements.A solid piece of songwriting and performance.Like the vocal and lyrical work above all else and the short guitar break in the middle is wonderful in tone and melody.Good stuff!

wow - this is great, and welcome to MJ! I can see you'll have some wonderful offerings for the rest of us. The only slight nit-pick to my ear is that the bongo-ish drum feels a little too upfront. That's so much a subjective call though, I may be the only one in the world with that particular thought. The vocals are just terrific and these lyrics are first rate. Maybe you could post the lyrics for us? Again - welcome - you'll love it at MJ!

Welcome Don Richardson! One of the finest upcoming engineer/producers in the Northeast. Don doesn't tell us anything about himself so I guess I'll have to. He has helped me on countless projects and is always ready with production tips. Don also sings and plays percussion (He may even be the male voice on this number, certainly the bongos). Don produces, engineers and sometimes performs with Midlife Crysis (the blues band, did I get the spelling right Don?). On of the nicest music people I know. We're glad to have you.

Thanks for your thoughts and nice words. It is nice to have good honest feedback on ones work. In my case, the recording, mixdown, and production.
