Description:
I've been playing in my little sandbox and I wanted to share my toys with all the good little girls and boys here at Woodstock MJ. In case you didn't notice, this is all the members of The Band playing their little hearts out, so all I did was mix them up in a bowl, throw them in the oven and bake them. The truth is in the tasting.
I really think this is more like Experimental than a Rock Instrumental, but then again, who knows for sure. It's sure to take all of you on a trip somewhere. How you back from where ever you go is something you'll have to figure out on your own, but I thought the results were interesting so there you go.
Enjoy

Thanks for coming to the loop-de-loop party my man. We were having some kinda fun in the GB sandbox the other day and decided to share our toys with all our friends.
Glad you came by for a look and a listen and found something you liked, or at least something you could tolerate. Be well my friend and have a wonderful day.

This is the kind of stuff I LOVE to listen to when I've got some mundane chore going on. Keeps me charged up!
Sweet stuff Ed!

Glad you enjoyed my little trip to the kitchen of fantasy land. It seemed the more I worked on it, the stranger it got. I finally had to post it just to keep from getting trapped in an endless Loop. (Pun intended)
Anyway, thanks again for coming over and for the kind words. Be well my friend, and a Happy Easter to you and yours.

It was all just a little play time in the old GB sandbox really, but thanks anyway for the kind words. Still trying to get a handle on Logic Express. I just finished using it to do a vocal for a collab with TBoog on iComp of an old Arlo Guthrie song. It'll be interesting to see how it comes out when it's done.
Take care my good friend and if the greeting fits, then have a Happy Easter, if not, then have a great day anyway.

I was just messing around in the toy box and found this laying there in the bottom underneath my old teddy bear. Figured I'd bring it out, dust it off, and post it just for the ell of it.
Glad you found some redeeming value to it, cause I wasn't sure there was any when I posted it. Thanks again for dropping in and the kind word Dick, always nice to see your smiling face here.

Love the cool comments, especially the Tonka truck reference, that's a good way to say it.
If you liked this one you might also like the newest one I posted call "Stoned Cold Lonesome Blues" Only thing is, that one is a "real" Blues song. Here's the link just in case you'd like to drop in for another visit.

I really dig this. A very hip sound. I like the restrained power thing. Its like you unleash it at just the right times to energize the tune.
very cool.
great sound/great playing

It was just something I used to help learn a little more about my new software, Logic Express. At least that's what I tell myself anyway.
Glad you stopped to listen and enjoyed it. Thanks again for the comments, they are appreciated Tim.

With music loops like this, one day musicians may be obsolete, lol!
But I know it can't be all loops, cause I hear some fimiliar guitar riffs here and there.
This is a sexy little number Ed, I love it!
sloparts
this particular one is all loops. I was playing in my sandbox again and this is the results. I wanted to post something on the MacJams Woodstock-MJ and whipped this one together in a hurry.
It was fun doing it, both the Woodstock and the song. Thanks lil' Buddy for the kind words.
