Everytime...
I hear your stuff... I'm awed by your guitar work. You remind me so much of our lead guitarist Wade (Cascading Colors) in that he had a classical background and would often break into a classic riff on his electric during a practice interlude.

Very nice!

I love how
you take a standard and make it completely your own. Such beautiful tones... Are you performing out anywhere? The world needs to hear you. :-)

Wow
that is interesting that you mentioned that being that you are a christian. Yes, I performed at our Church (LDS) a few hours ago. I am so happy it went well. It was at sacrament time period. I came up and played Bach's "Sheep May Safely Graze" on my acoustic steel string. I am very happy it went very smoothly.

Blain wants me to be on his radio show again at KSVY in Sonoma.

Interpretation
Not just any rendition of the song. You put a lot of your own imagination into this. Sounds Great!

Thanks

Another Gem
or should I say Emerald. What a beautiful interpretation of this piece. Doing away with the schmaltz and revealing the beauty of the melody.

Bill...
...the playing and interpretation/arrangement is wonderful...

I'm getting a bunch of distortion in the right channel. As always, I don't know if it's my system or something, but it might be worth a listen...

Your dead right
Ed ! This is probably my great screw up that I've done recording wise. I just didn't want to believe 100% that there was noise and I think it was the mic being to close. I love to get real close to the guitar and this time I surely did.

I heard it is well but my heart was to caught up in the melody!

Thanks and a real thumbs up in sniffing this out !

Way to go Ed !

I might just pull this tune altogether but I might keep it as an example of how I can screw up a recording :)

Lovely
Hi Bill, you've made an old standard sound fresh and new with this arrangement. Love how you managed to pick out the tune on harmonics. I can live with the bit of distortion but would love to hear it cleaned up if you ever decide to re-record it. You're Mr Guitar! Do you ever tab these arrangements? I'm sure you'd have a load of people wanting them to learn from.
