Thought you broke your guitar How you doing this? Sounds really cool - I like the looseness and the drumming is great. Excellent vocals. I agree with apb - the bass could come up a little - maybe double track with slightly different eq/effect. Welcome back. Check out my latest song called eye for you (w/particledots and michael2)

.. repetitive this ..but in that good catchy way .. particularily in the vocals... but it's the guitar part that I really like in this ..with the bass.. kinda Talking Heads meets The Doors or something .. (?).
Not keen on the 'one' effect on vocals (heavy reverb and track echo)... too distant for my tastes (for the whole song). I thought you might consider experimenting with changing (or removing some) vox FX at some key points .. eg. "I've been looking for a reason" line is very hooky. Have you ever tried playing with the AU Multiband compressor on your voice .. to get a sound you like? Might suit your half talked/half sung style... and allow you to let out some "hups" "hey"s "huh"s etc.
I might even have put in a little dead stop on the drums on the "I've" and bring 'em back on "reason".
Mix wise I would bring the bass up a fraction perhaps... otherwise I thought the mix was fine.
Good 'un Tim - glad to see your back.
