Besides some production issues, I think this is a very nice song. You've got a great voice.

This is a very polished production that is good enough for radio play if only they were smart enough to put it on the air. You continue to get that superb strat tone and then play some great licks with it. Add to that your expressive voice, some cool harmonies and nice lyrics. A winner to be sure! Another great one Steve!

You have remarkably intimate sounds when you record. It's like we're sitting in the same (very small) room together. Some lovely licks as usual, and the foghorn never disappoints.
I'd love to hear you take a few more chances with your drum tracks - no pyrotechnics of course, just a little more detail.
Bloody fine track - one of your very best.

your voice is something really special. It is simply incredible. "In is heart anymore"is such a beautiful melodic line, and the harmonies add a lot to it. Your production is in my opinion very strong, you always make the alle elements very present in the mix. thanks!

So glad this got called out on a forum thread today - I missed it before too. I agree with all that's been said already - your voice is killer, guitar sounds wonderful. Ready for primetime - I'm off to listen to MORE of you!

Steve, you have an extraordinary voice my man. It really shines in this track. Lovely, crisp tones on that strat as well!
Beautiful, but sad...like so many things in this life.
Be well friend!

I am glad jiguma posted the forum link to tell us about this. Loved it.

Your voice and the eighth note palm muting reminds me of the Crash Test Dummies. Nice tone, Jiguma's right. I'd say your voice is a bit hot in the mix at the start and the guitars are a bit hot in the mix at the end, but all in all you've got a great song with very slight volume problems, in my humble opinion. Nice work.
