Very pretty indeed- simply enjoyed- such a sweet melodic sound
I could just imagine a beautiful ballerina twirlng around when the box is opened and the key turned.

Very pretty doodle. The little jazz arpeggio that showed up a couple times seemed unusual for this style, but in a way that made it rather charming too, so probably OK. You're definitely pushing the range of a music box here, very low and very high notes... I know it's just capturing an idea... but it is a very solid well-written idea... definitely worth developing. I could see a full-blown orchestration of this theme. Possibly with either an opening solo or a middle cadenza part for violin?

It is really very charming. I like the little unexpected twists, like the chromatic runs and the ending chord.
