I did listen to you .. :o) .. and some of your others .. I notice your a very accomplished writer: decent care in the arrangement too .. nice melodies and .. your excellent at bridges (something I gave up on years ago :o)) This one had a kinda Counting Crows meets REM thang to my ears .. a fine cross/combination. I like how you are experimenting with additional tracks etc. I agree with others comments that your production needs a bit of improving .. to make things shine .. the thing is to try to almost give every track equal attention as to how it sounds on it's own .. think small variation etc .. difficult and time consuming as a one man band .. but it makes all the difference .. and tightening up sometimes on vocals .. which sound good to me. Subject matters are a little too introspective for my tastes but sometimes that is where we draw inspiration from. Don't be scared to try some multi-tracking on the vocals/harmonies etc .. and explore some stereo field placement (panning tracks etc). Keep it up. Check out my latest song called Misplaced

Most of the time i put my songs up without much production because of how time consuming it is with all my other things in life like school and work not much time to kill on spicing it up im afraid. and i write so many other tunes that i am swamped hahah but thats not a bad thing! ill be fixing them all once i get a full cd done by the end of this year which will be great hope you check it out! thanks again for the wonderful comments take care. Rising star!! Great song! Keep at it, I can see you touring and getting radio play most definitely. You have a good voice which will be great if you get some training for it. It is an instrument as well and must be learned. You have a natural raw talent for singing and phrasing which will serve you well if you get a pro to give you a few lessons. I had Robert Batemen teach me it was fairly expensive but worth every penny. My singing improved 1000 % I am not kidding. I was a mess and after he taught me I became a mess that wasn't nearly so noticeable lol. You on the other hand have far more potential than I ever did and with the right training you could have a career doing this if you wanted. Check out my latest song called Last Day Here

wow very kind words and i will remember this. i havent had any training in singing or playing but i would love to because i really want to do this for the rest of my life. there is nothing in the world like music and im in love with it. im from a really small town though, which makes it very difficult to get a reputation or popular but with everything you said here you have givin me even more drive to do it thank you! Would ever consider putting backing vox in this song. Easpecially when you go to the chorus. I like the sound of your guitar. Good bridge.
