Description:
just tinkering with the LIOLI 7 guitar loop 80's style (high kicks and all). imagine traversing moderate curves on a moped in excess of 12 mph, then you'll understand the inspiration for this little ditty.

this is really cool. i like the action film feel to it. you really twisted this thing around well.you used it as the basis for your song and i used it like icing. after hearing this and a couple other entries i almost feel like i cheated. great job.

i love how you bend that guitar up - to 12 mph!

and suddenly you ride off into the sunset

Way to face the enemy head on - &mdash 03/29/08 - 07:36:21 PM
the use of the loop and the drum structure actually makes it sound good (the loop that is) - the piece itself is really cool. Great entry.

yeah, the fear that comes from &mdash 03/29/08 - 09:05:46 PM
dodging the semis and 4X4 pickups trying to run your a** over or turn you into a hood ornament. That would scare the h*ll out of me too.

No matter what the motivation, you turn this into a neat little exercise in hard rock, and very well done I might add. Cool way to go man, Thanks for finding it Rik and thanks for doing and posting it elmopedo

Brilliant &mdash 03/30/08 - 04:30:48 AM
A very good composition, love the beat work esp. Good job on the sample and all the music works really well around it.

excellent use of the loop...and you captured the description on audio, for sure! Great guitar work - what are you using for the guitar input?

(And thanks Rik B., for finding this. Looks like this one almost fell thru the cracks!)

right now , i just use one of those pod xt's plugged straight into the mac. one day i'll have some space to mic stuff, but for now this beats the alternative (which is not playing at all).

Moped Power &mdash 03/30/08 - 08:10:41 PM
12 mph is sounding pretty fast here!

Love the action feel... felt like I was watching Steven Segal trying to smile. Very cool, couldn't let this one get away. Thanks for joining the League Of Super Loopers... you and the moped you rode in on!

That has put an image in my head I really didn't need. But now I'm stuck with it. Thanks.

Only consolation is that I have your tune to go along with it.

Good mix!
