My attempt to create New Age music. I left it under the Piano genre since all my songs are there and also so I would remember where it is...LOL

adrift, caught in a great gail*, tossed on the sea of wishes... this is wonderful! I love the way this builds and carries me along. Very well balanced and compelling.
What the heck? So you are writing backing beautiful orchestration for your beautiful piano music now? I imagine you will tell us you have taken up skydiving next.

Hardly! This is just beautiful and lies so smoothly in the mid-range of the keyboard. The little figure you start with is wonderfully played throughout and it drives the composition. New Age, smooo-Age. It works, and that's what counts. Great playing, too.
(Small suggestion: drop the treble way down on your strings and you'll get a bit mellower sound from them.)

You are bless with a marvelous talent dear Gail. Every time I hear one of your pieces I am awe struck by the simplicity and beauty of it.
This one may be you finest yet, at least that I have heard. And it is marvelous indeed. A fine balance between the piano and you background instrumentation that is done with finesse and reserve that only come from a feeling inside you.

...you have a great touch on the piano. I don't think it is always appreciated how big a difference that makes. Some things that try to be in the 'New Age' realm sometimes sound to me like endlessly arpeggiating chords. This has real human heart all through... no note sounds unfelt or unconsidered...
In the recorded realm, I agree with Paul in that I don't think the strings are in the same league, sonically, with the piano. That's just a hardware/software thing, and the only nit I can pick.
