i really want to redo the vocals on this track, unfortunately i have to re record everything because i did this before i got my laptop and my computer had crashed so i don't have the project file. this song i wrote for my friend. it's a rather rough recording, but it is one of my more structured songs and one of the one's i like the most. i always have issues recording the songs i like the best so end up never posting what i consider to be my best and favorite songs. sorry for all the posts lately i'm trying to spread them out. i've got so many demos and such that i've never posted on here. and i've been recording a lot more all of the sudden since coming back to this site.

thanks. i will put the effort into it for the sake of the friend i wrote it for is the only friend who hasn't gone poof. for 5 years she has remained and is really the only close friend i have left.

Sad songs can be good too and you is a pro at that I'll think.
Friends is important I'm glad I have meet my best friend ever here and that is my wife.

thank you. i think even when i'm happy or hopeful it comes out sad because of the beauty that a sad sound brings. i'm glad you met your wife on here it's nice to hear when this site brings people together it shows it's really an interactive community that brings musicians truly together/

I love the guitar chords excellent job on that,
Your singing sounds soo sad like you are actually crying while singing this song, I think its cool. But oh sooo sad pain is soo horrible when its heartbreak The song lyrics are really good too Cheers

sounded more so like i was crying before i recorded it because i was lol. funny thing is this song was actually written when i was feeling a little hopeful. it uses the same chords as unbreakable and most my songs except its a half step lower on the guitar than unbreakable. it starts of based on a d# chord picking pattern. prolly is confusing to you tho lol, anyways glad you like it i shall have a better version soon me hopes.

this song is very pretty. i like it a lot. you're right in that it will benefit from a re-record, just for production value alone though. The song itself is solid. If it were me, I'd concentrate only on production. Not adding any other instruments. It's gorgeous with just voice and guitar.

i think it's great when folks post a song that means something to them ... production is a secondary issue to a song from the heart ... production does not sing to the heart ... so well done chance

great song with great amounts of potential. i would think you could through this into your program and just start adding to it. wouldn't take much at all to flush this one out...just a little supporting vocals/harmonies and maybe some additional guitars or piano. great lyrics once again. nice!

thanks. this is my next on the list for guitar tracks to get recorded. piano i can maybe see unfortunately i don't have space to set up my keyboard cuz its a piano size and my room right now is rather small. i do intend to get a better vocal track though and have the volume levels fixed.
