Description:
Messin' round with Misty... some more solo guitar. I plugged my hollow-body Ibanez into Garageband for the first time. I used some reverb and delay. Any other suggestions or tips on achieving a nice jazz guitar tone? Thanks for listening!

is probably one of the most requested pieces I would think. I love the way you play it and the sound you have as well. I can imagine Julie London joining you on this.
I can't think of anything else to improve this at all, I think it's just perfect as it is. Just a lovely style.

Man, that phrasing, that relaxed fretting is just the wunderstuff. Great to hear it. Recorded with great clarity, to boot. I truly wish I could do this kind of music. You just reminded me of how that was one of the songs I was going to learn when I took my MacJams Sabbatical. Never happened and the sabbatical only lasted a month.
Also as far as tips for sounding jazzy, you've got a better set-up than me, but I was just wondering if you doubled your tracks? I heard micing the guitar from an amp works pretty well, but I don't have the setup to do that yet either.

No micing amps over here... I do things on the cheap. hehe.
It's all in-line, GB real instruments effects... Clean Jazz with a touch of delay and reverb. That, added with the humbuckers on my jazz box, makes for a warm sound.
I don't know about you,but I'm the type whose never satisfied with my sound. It takes compliments like yours that help stick to my guns and not overwork a tune.
