yeah volume of vocal is restricted due to neighbors cant upset them will redo proper version.

Love the pop punk combo feel. Your voice (since you asked) has a nice contemporary authentic feel, simply stated, unadorned, perfect for what you're singing. My musical theatre training says you could move your mouth a little more, encouraging better diction, but my producer ears think you are nailing the right performance style for the music. Experiment with techniques that bring better clarity (singing closer to mic, early compression, brighter EQ). But don't stop using your won vocals. I'm a big believer in songwriters recording their own stuff. Nice track.

Consider posting lyrics.
