things that came to mind was the "cadence" our percussionist's used to use in the marching band. This being way cooler than that, but it conjured it up with images of Bruce Hornsby plucking out some groovy low end piano while we marched onto the field. [ Reply to This ]

Rhythmically Santana-ish, but no slavish copy. Very creative this! Piano sounds spooky. Drums are hypnotic.

this track is killer - very animalistic and intelligent at the same time. Excellent drum work. The picture looks like a volcano to me and the song is the "don't erupt please" song the villagers play before they sacrifice the virgin. [ Reply to This ]

i did the main tracks for this immediately after watching Joe vs The Volcano (one of my all-time favorite movies). until you pointed it out, i didn't even think the pic looked like a volcano! i thought it looked like a Y. if you know that movie you'll understand why i'm vastly amused by your comment at the moment!
