Lyrics
ALL ROADS LEAD TO MY HEART.

You were lost on the highway, never looked my way
While I stood alone in the wings.
Kinda driftin’ along, like a slow and sad song
Down a path lined with heartache and pain.

Left alone on a back street, where sorrow and hurt meet
And the street lights have faded so low.
Between Misery Lane and an old derailed train
And a burned bridge now crumbling and cold.

All roads lead to my heart
Just fill in the dots from the start.
There’s a freeway runs straight ‘cross the chart
And all roads lead to my heart.

I saw you….soar in through the blue
Like an arrow, to me, straight and true.
With a hope in your eyes and fire in your thighs
And a pain, that deep, inside knew….that….

Wow, that's fast response to feedback. How cool. Much improved mix. Love the mid tempo folk rock feel. Thanks.

I must
have missed your first shot at this, but your songs always sound first class for me... as always you have great lyrics and melody to go with the great vocals and guitar, did I say I love that guitar solo, brilliant, regards M

Very cool lyrics Dennis,
and you delivery works great. Guitars screamin' and wailin' ain't too bad either. Love the mix and the overall feel of this one. It's a keeper my friend.

Last call!
This takes me back to... well, I don't remember. Great mix. I may wander over to the old one but this is a great tune. That live gig photo makes me feel like I'm sitting around half in the bag digging it live. The chorus bkg vocals make for the perfect 2:30 AM last-call anthem.

Parking Lot Full of Pain
Very cool, Dennis.

This is like a blues song in the guise of a hard rock dirge. Excellent sound bed and insightful lyrics.

I guess the 12-string would have brightened this one up too much, eh? lol

Rock on, DJ. ;)
