I know what you mean- about the fake sounding clarinet. I have a piece that's for clarinet, bassoon and guitar, and that software clarinet simply doesn't do justice to the real thing. However, as a sketch for the musicians to hear and get a good idea for writing it out, it works just fine. This'll be lovely with real instrumentalists. pensive sounding piece, with a lovely homely warmth. I like the mix of instruments here, but I do wish I could play piano properly, as it adds so much to any accompaniment, regards M
