Here is another version of "After work, late at night". This time for clarinet, cello and piano. This setting was requested of a clarinet player in for her trio. They are planning to perform it somewhere in September as I understood it. I hope to get a recording of it and will post it here at the time. In the meantime: A GB version.

pensive sounding piece, with a lovely homely warmth. I like the mix of instruments here, but I do wish I could play piano properly, as it adds so much to any accompaniment, regards M

Thanks. I am not really happy with the sounds, especially the clarinet is a little bit too fake now and then.

about the fake sounding clarinet. I have a piece that's for clarinet, bassoon and guitar, and that software clarinet simply doesn't do justice to the real thing. However, as a sketch for the musicians to hear and get a good idea for writing it out, it works just fine. This'll be lovely with real instrumentalists. Please do post it if you get a recording of the trio playing it.
