personal sounding song both vocal and lyric-wise. Just the right tones in the vocals, but of course I wouldn't expect any less from either of you. The backing too is very in keeping with the melancholic mood, love it, regards M

stephen, your songs always touch me. you have a musical sensibility that's dear to me. the flute here is very emotive, wouldn't mind more of it! piano of course is just right. makes me think of romantic comedies when they turn more romantic than comedy: there's a heartbreak, and then comes the song, while one of them exits in a taxi ;)

And the combination of your and Anne's voices is so very warm! I LOVE it!

lovely harmonies at the end.

sad to have missed this when it first came out, but glad to hear it now...
