Description:
This is my first new song in a long time. It is about my neighbor's 4 year old daughter who is the biggest pain in the ass. She drives me crazy! Fortunately, we moved last week (not because of her, although I might have considered it later).

Also, first new song with GB 08.

Lyrics:
Intro/Outro:

I hate you and I hate myself cuz I'm too damn weak to tell you

Verse 1:

Little by little baby inch by inch
can't have it all so you take a pinch
little by little baby inch by inch you drain me

Repeat

Stomping your feet and calling my name,
I guess the word "no" means do it again
Stomping your feet and calling my name you drain me

Chorus:

I already have a child,
don' need another child,
don't want another child

Verse 2:

Peeping your eyes in my window sills,
when I see you coming got to double my pills
peeping your eyes in my window sills you drain me

Knocking on my door just to say hello
if I wanted that I would of told you so
Knocking on my door just to say hello you drain me

Chorus

Outro

Hardware:
Ibanez Artwood accoustic

this is an ode to children everywhere! They are such wonderful pains in the asses aren't they?

Cool tune!

look how that gtr intro comes in and then when you think you know where the song is going, it changes. some really nice gtr work in here (like at the end of the chorus), and I love the lyrics. now that you've moved, you'll probably end up missing her. great job.

to have something new from you - I can relate to 'nuisance' neighbours! Great tune - lots of unexpected touches. Hope your move is a good one.

I enjoyed this a lot...

Hey Peter &mdash 04/19/08 - 04:05:23 PM
As always, I really appreciate and respect your input (so when it's complementary I'm really pleased). Thanks for giving the song a listen.

The move has been great...got my own little music room far away from the baby's room...so I can rock out after he goes to sleep...I've already stopped having the nightmares of that neighbor child :)

Take care Peter!

Mike
