Lyrics
Keys To Aberdeen

So Baby, when you coming over
You know you’re not that far way
Drive up north across the border
Aberdeen is open night and day

I know at times you get so lonely
You know me, I feel the same
You’ll always be my one and only
Listen close, I’m calling out your name

Who said it would be easy
I hold onto that dream
I hope my love can reach you
You know you’ll always have the keys to Aberdeen
Solo:
There will always be the mystery
Two different worlds from which we came
But I can’t change that part history
You know me I’ll always take the blame

Ch:

Solo:

But I keep thinking and I wonder
If I had you here with me
And maybe one day you’ll come running
I’ll be waiting for you here on Aberdeen

Ch: (times 2)

Sounds like one of your Classics
this song fits very well with the theme you have been on lately of American Folk songs. Sounds like one of them.

As usual a great job of layering the guitars and some cool soloing over the 12 strings.

Glad you posted this.

Great song Dennis
Love your treatment and the feel you've created for it. Rocking guitars and also some darn good harmony parts in there. What can I say about you lead picking, as always it's steller my friend.

Nice job on a very cool song Dennis. Kudos to you and Alex
