a sense of menace in this one, especially when those deep notes start arriving. Maybe a good idea to sleep with the light on tonight! I like the movement in the sound and here and there a few little Bachlike phrases. Film stuff this I think.

nice ambient sounds as the tune progresses ... has the feel of wilting lilies at a funeral ... beautiful bet becoming darker ... what i mean to say is this fits your description perfectly ... very nice experimental sounds ... doors and buttons right?

You've really been letting the music pour out of you ... which, of course, is one of the wonderful things about using GarageBand, in that it lets us tap into our internal musical reservoirs.

Yeah I think you are right its whats in the unconscience mind at the time,
In Psychology they let the child draw pictures then try to analyze what the picture represents. Because children cannot put into words what they are feeling or are trying to say when very young.

.. conveys a childlike innocence .. combined with darker melancholy .. the darker synth at 3:32 is very menacing .. expressive.
Hard to capture ..but you did- you must explain the fore-planning: do you pick out the sounds to use in advance .. then just let it free flow? Interesting approach .. with intriguing results.

I know this makes one think about the past and was jubious about whether or not to put this one up with the keywords -But its music after all said and done. It does that to me too. Makes you stop and think. And Happy that it was in a good way you could look back. Some folk do not have that pleasure. I have lots of fun making music.

I like the different synths that come and go. I didn't get any clear images from this, it was sort of dreamy, in a sort of edge-of-a-nightmare kind of way. But an interesting listen. Hopefully you are enjoying your music making, and you listen to these again from time to time. Music is good for us :-)
