Description:
This is what I think you get if you miix Fred Astaire style Liz Taylor (my nylon string Taylor guitar) and Ludwig Van Beetoven's No 8. Pathetique :)
Dedicated to droop making things a bit lighter, he might kind of like that maybe.
I know he made a nice comment on Liz my nylon string guitar on marching home and so heck why not. This one is for you droop !!!!

and as always beautifully played with a lovely sentiment too... I'm sure he'd appreciate this dedication.
I remember a pianist friend of mine who having heard a guitar piece played as you play, saying " I never knew that a guitar could sound as full as a piano." You do the job so perfectly Bill, regards [ Reply to This ]

I think that is one reason I really love playing the guitar is that
it's like a mini- piano or at least can be.
I think that is one of the greatest compliments a guitar can get if you compare it to a piano cause they sure set the example as for as a grand instrument that can do so much.
Thanks again, always enjoy your wisdom whether it be in your art or conventional wisdom.

I don't know how you do it Bill &mdash 04/25/08 - 09:10:07 AM
but it seems you have an inexhaustible supply of music rolling around in your head that always seems to fit the mood. The thing that really amazes me is it never sounds the same twice, and it's always fresh and original material.
A fitting tribute to Paul, my friend. Thanks for sharing it with us. As always, your skill on the fretboard shines through.

AMAZING! That's not easy to play well on the piano! What a great dedication to droop, who I'm sure is appreciating this wherever he is now. You're an incredibly talented musician Bill - thanks! [ Reply to This ]
