Lyrics

Feeling moody.
Better stay away
I'm attitude-y
Got nothing good to say
That isn't going to change
So suck it up, big man
And live with my strange
rude-y, lude-y, snooty, brute-y
Mood-y.

I'm feeling moody
You're not helping me
Need latitude-y
I've got a rag-on temper
Like you've never seen
Mix PMS with a
Splash of grenadine
I'm feeling moody.

I could be
Someone sweet
And understanding
Instead of
This harpie
Who's demanding!

I’m feeling moody
Get outta my face
Need a Qualude-y
I don't need you to tell me
Where I'm s'posed to be
I'm gonna to do whatever
I want, you see
Because I'm moody.

I'm feeling moody.
Don't try to understand me
When I’m broody
These feelings will pass
And I won't be such a pain
Just stay clear of me while
The moon is on the wane
Because I'm rude-y, lude-y, snooty, brute-y
Mood-y.

I could be
Someone sweet
And understanding
Instead of
This harpie
Who's demanding!

I'm feeling moody
And seclude-y
I am unglued-y
Vicissitude-y
I'm just moody.

Girl!
You are making my day!!!!
I shall adopt this track as a personal favorite of all time...
heh heh...

Your intonation throughout is excellent, with that dash of
spirited vocalisation that a track like this needs...

most excellent

Swing swing mood swing
Very cool song.

But try to push those saxes a bit further into the
background? Touch of reverb?

got me chuckling
Your lyrics on this one gave me a tickle and your vocal attitude shows that even in your moody times, there is a funny gal underneath the surface, that is just dying to come out from those head-clouds.

Love the strings!!!
Great atonal notes on the string about the first minute... sound just so random but great into the moody mood. Also love the idea of just repeating the bass line over again... it finds a nice point between exerimientation and the vocals are great

Thank you so much, mexles! This was one of the first songs I wrote on Garageband and I was still trying to learn the program. Random pretty much sums up the strings (I used that little keyboard thing on GB to do them). It's a real pleasure to get such a thoughtful comment, thank you!

Hi, I'm Joanna (not Jo, that's someone else). Garageband has allowed me to indulge my love for singing beyond concerts in the shower. My favorite part of songwriting is writing the lyrics. This makes sense, of course, because writing is what I d... [see more]
