Description:
The Lavalamps of Hippie Death.
We're just another Pixies rip-off band, trying to get our foot in the door.
The last minute of this goes on for 20 minutes live.
P.S. I quit my old band, Lavalamp and the Laughing Leprechauns, shortly after MJ's Woodstock. And if nothing happens with CBGB's, I'm going to drop the Hippie Death band and go back out as a solo artist......I can't stand my drummer!

Last night, I quit the band. The drummer and I had it out (He was on peyote again). I said this is a punk band, not Peter, Paul and Mary. Anyway, the bass player and the guitarist went with the drummer, leaving me, once again, a man without a band.

It's the Adolescents on Special K. Psychedelic punk is a poorly explored genre, but I like this. Some of the best lyric work in the challenge yet.

The Pixies are a bunch of time-travelling rip-off artists who dropped out of a wormhole, skipped back in time and have been trying to replicate the coolness of this track ever since - and failing.
