Dreamy
Right on target for me. Great sounding guitars and use of
effects. Cool VOX very dreamy and mellow. I get a very
good feeling when I listen to this track. Keep em coming.

Floyd meets Bowie...
Excellent. Great sound with a great feel to it. Wonderful
mix of textures.

Fascinating, inventive, unique and very cool
The intro guitar sounds and perfect morph into that very
cool initial groove is very nice. And I really like the use of
the 2 vocal lines and harmony. But I feel as if the promise
of the song never fulfills. The song seems like a demo
draft, a really great idea that isn't fleshed out, that it
needs a B section, a chorus, or an ending. (The tag
groove is cool, but I'm not sure what its there for.) I really
hope you develop this, cuz it is unique and has great
potential. The vocal feel, to me, is so loose and indistinct
(I wish you posted your lyrics), I love the feel but there is,
again, a sense for me of demo draft (in places). The first
use of clarinet is really cool, I wish it would solo a bit; it
gives the piece even more uniqueness, and a contrasting
warmth. But the layering of that garbled synth with the
clarinet in your middle section distracts from the clarinet's
charm. This is a fascinating, inventive, unique and very
cool track. I can't wait to hear what you will come up with
next!

WORD!
thanks to everyone so far for the positive feedback,
you're right though, it is sort of a demo, still trying
to get a feel for comp. recording but wanted to get
some music out there. we'll keep em coming
whether you like it or not.

neat textures
You've combined some interesting sounds on this track,
alternating textures in a varied way.

The atmosphere you have created with the chord
progressions reminds me some of John Lennon's songs,
rather mantra-like, almost hypnotic.

The material at the end didn't quite go with the earlier
stuff, but it was cool!

It's good that you're sharing your music with us now,
rather than wait a long time until everything is "perfect"
(which is MY tendency....then it turns out that it's not so
perfect after all!).

However, I do look forward to hearing your stuff in a more
complete, polished form in the future. Keep making
music!

Music B ; Vocals D
An otherwise perfect background music ruined by
incoherent mublings. The vocal arrangement is as
appealing as nails scratching on blackboard. That's my
opinion, and many might disagree.

Impressionism vs. realism
I didn't understand a single word but I didn't have to, I still
felt the mists of mars. This song took me to a good place
immediately. Sounded like the Polyphonic Spree
performing Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon backwards.
Any song that can induce a flashbackback gets two
thumbs up from me!

Sounds a bit like...
Sounds a bit like Radiohead. Cool sounds. Want more.

Great flavor
Felt like it was missing something... perhaps some moody
pads or strings, really building the track, but it sounds
great! Would love to hear this one polished up, but you've
pretty much got the flavor down right here!

Very Electronic
Question...how did you get the clarinet to sound so good?

Clarinette
I love the clarinette in this context. It's so different.

Interesting choice for the fade out. Good, but I'd lose the
false ending.

The ride cymbal (and all the cymbals in general) are too
loud.
